The Combs Tannery site is over 300 years old with an exclusive heritage. We have kept the character and historic provenance alive, whilst sympathetically updating the facilities to support the wide range of businesses that are based here.
Much of the original character still exists on the site, including the old horse drawn fire pump on display and the two main buildings – the 19th Century Bark Barn and the Victorian family home, Tannery House.
In recognition of our efforts to run the site sustainably and preserve the surrounding environment, we were awarded the Silver Suffolk Carbon Charter for our commitment to environmental practices and conservation.
